We were advised to go with the Aqualuxe Hybrid Flooring to go over a tiled floor. From the moment the first board was installed we knew we had the right product. The installation was completed to the highest standard and the installers were very friendly. They left the house spotless.

We have just had Core Luxe Bamboo Flooring installed throughout our house and would highly recommend Stepfast. The product was something unique and the team explained everything about the new product, we found exactly the colour and style we were looking for. Customer service has been fantastic, from knowledgeable sales staff, to prompt over-the-phone service, and on-time, professional installers that worked hard to get everything done efficiently.

We called the shop 10 minutes before they were due to close to arrange collection of some flooring. They offered to stay open until we got there which was a huge relief as we needed to get the flooring that day. We have just built an extension to our house and was trying to match our existing bamboo flooring but found that it was an obsolete product and was no longer stocked anywhere in Perth. However, during the 30 mins it took for us to get to the shop to buy something of “similar” color, the team at Stepfast had located 4 boxes of our exact flooring in their warehouse and it was ready waiting for us when we arrived.
